There’s a specific book I want to buy, but I don’t see it on Wormhole. Are you able to stock it?

We’ll definitely try! Fill out this request form and we’ll contact you within 5 working days to let you know if we can bring it in. 

The book/merch I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

It depends on a few factors, including stock availability. We’re definitely 78% more motivated to restock if you guys really want it though, so let us know! For books, you can fill up our request form. For merch, email us at

Do you do gift wrapping?

Not right now. We’re looking into offering this service in future, hopefully in time for Christmas! 

Do your gift cards have an expiry date?

Yes, gift cards expire 2 years from the date of purchase. Quite procrastinator-friendly.

Do you have a physical store?
Not now, but that’s the dream! Follow us for updates and we hope to see you all in person soon.


Can I change my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Google Pay, PayNow (QR checkout), MasterCard, Visa, and Apple Pay.

What currency are your prices in?
Singapore Dollars (SGD).


Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship locally in Singapore. If you are placing an order from overseas, thank you for supporting us from wherever you are! Email us at and we’ll try to work something out for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It will take about 2 - 3 working days for orders without books, and 4 - 6 working days for orders with books. We put a lot of care into personalising and packaging your order but if you need it urgently, email us at or WhatsApp us at 8893 3861 to let us know!

How long does shipping take?

Once sent out, it will take about 3 - 5 working days for normal mail and 2 working days for tracked mail.

What if my order doesn’t reach me?

Wormhole is not responsible for lost or damaged mail in the process of delivery, so we strongly encourage you to opt for tracked mail!


Do you do returns or exchanges?

We’re sorry, we do not accept returns or do exchanges and refunds unless there was a mistake on our part. We appreciate your understanding.
